Notably\, Christie led a large University Health Network through a culture transition from pagers to direct\, secure\, collaborative messaging and then in the wake of COVID led teams charged with the overnight pivot of 300+ ambulatory sites to virtual care and implementing workflows to efficiently capture revenue. The efforts resulted in patient retention of 30% above industry benchmarks during the COVID-19 peaks. Christie is a certified coder and compliance officer through the AAPC. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Management and a Master’s in Health Administration. \nAmanda Buonocore – Amanda Buonocore is a Manager in the Coding Reimbursement Department for Northwell Health. Northwell is comprised of 23 Hospitals\, 830 Outpatient Facilities\, and 3\,800 physicians. She is CPC certified and prior to her role at Northwell she received a MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. She credits her out of the box thinking\, ability to interpret abstract concepts\, and desire to approach tasks collaboratively to her studies in the arts.
